So the goal before a reading is to make your energy as open and receptive as possible. Sometimes people can become nervous before readings and subconsciously close themselves off energetically. Other times, people may fear hearing certain truths or feel emotionally guarded, which can also create resistance in the reading.

Please understand that I am simply here to channel and deliver messages as they come through. I approach readings neutrally and do not insert my own personal bias into what I see. My intention is always clarity, honesty, and guidance and never fear or manipulation. The more open and relaxed you are, the easier it is for messages to come through clearly.

To prepare for your reading, I recommend focusing on cleansing, intention setting, and grounding your energy 24–48 hours beforehand.

Some ways you can prepare include:

• Meditation or quiet reflection

• Journaling your intentions/questions

• Light detoxing in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body

• Spiritual cleansing practices

For detoxing, this can look like:

• Eating lighter foods

• Drinking more water

• Reducing overstimulation/social media

• Fasting if that is something you already safely practice

• Avoiding heavy emotional or chaotic environments

For spiritual cleansing, you can do:

• A spiritual bath

• Smoke cleansing/incense

• An egg cleanse

• Prayer or grounding rituals

The night before your reading, I recommend setting intentions. Write down what you hope to receive clarity on, what guidance you are open to hearing, and affirm that you are open to receiving truthful messages for your highest good.

You can also verbally or mentally give consent for me, Indy Einstein, to read your energy and communicate with your spirit team/ancestors during the session. Sometimes energetic resistance can affect how easily messages come through, so openness and consent are important.

Example Prep Timeline:

24–48 hours before:

• Begin grounding and cleansing your energy

• Eat lighter, hydrate, reduce overstimulation

Night before:

• Set intentions

• Journal questions or themes you want clarity on

• Do a spiritual cleanse if desired

Morning of:

• Meditate, breathe, relax

• Come into the reading with an open mind and open energy

Right before the reading, I will send an email confirming your appointment date and time and asked if you have sent remaining payment yet.

Once I receive confirmation from you and final payment, I will send the Zoom link.

I like to spend time preparing energetically before readings, so occasionally my meditation or prep session may run slightly over. Because of this, I ask clients to allow a small 15-minute grace period after the scheduled start time if needed. This does not always happen, but I like to give a heads up beforehand just in case.

If I send the confirmation email and I don’t hear from you in 15 minutes, I will automatically reschedule.

During the session, I truly meet you where you are. You do not need to create a “perfect” environment for the reading. You are welcome to be in your room, your car, outside, at a café, etc. The main thing I ask is that you try to have a stable connection so we can avoid interruptions during the session.

You are also welcome to have other people around you during the reading if you feel comfortable. However, I do want to note that readings can become very personal and emotionally deep at times. If you prefer privacy, I recommend being alone during the session. It also helps me connect more clearly to your energy, as I can sometimes pick up on the energies of people nearby.

If your reading is in person, we will privately discuss the location and final details beforehand.

If you need to reschedule your reading, please let me know as soon as possible preferably at least 12-24 hours in advance. If your reading is scheduled for the morning, please notify me no later than the night before whenever possible.

I allow one complimentary reschedule if something comes up, you forget about the appointment, or the timing no longer works for you. After the first reschedule, any future rescheduled appointments will require the reading to be paid in full beforehand in order to secure a new date.

If I do not hear from you at all after a missed appointment and more than 7 days pass without communication, up to 75% of the reading cost may be charged if a card is on file. This is simply to protect the time and energy reserved for your session.

I also reserve the right to reschedule readings when necessary. My schedule can occasionally shift, and because readings are very energy-based for me, I need to ensure I am in the proper space mentally, emotionally, and energetically to give you the best session possible. Whenever possible, I will provide at least 8-12 hours notice if I need to move your appointment, unless it is due to an unexpected or last-minute circumstance.

Deposits are non-refundable, including in cases where a session needs to be rescheduled.

I am completely fine with you deciding to change the reading just let me know the day of the reading at least an hour before!

• Energy and spiritual timing do not always operate the same way as time in our physical 3D reality. What feels energetically “close” can sometimes take longer to manifest physically and other times things can happen much faster than expected depending on your actions, healing, mindset, and vibrational alignment.

• Because of this, I try not to focus too heavily on exact timing unless spirit specifically brings it through or you directly request timing insight. If timing is given during a reading, please understand that it is usually better interpreted as a range, phase, or energetic window rather than an exact guaranteed date.

• Prediction based readings look at the current and most likely timelines at the moment of the reading. In other words, if the energy continues moving in the same direction, this is the most probable outcome. However, free will, awareness, healing, choices, and outside circumstances can shift timelines and outcomes.

• Some messages may not make sense immediately and that is completely normal. I have had clients come back months or even years later saying certain predictions or messages finally clicked once situations unfolded in their life. Sometimes spirit reveals things before the conscious mind fully understands them.

• Try to remain as open-minded and receptive as possible during the session. Immediately resisting, rejecting, or over-analyzing every message can make it harder to fully receive the guidance or lesson spirit is trying to communicate.

• Readings are meant to provide clarity, guidance, confirmation, and awareness and not to replace your own intuition, discernment, or personal responsibility. I encourage clients to use readings as guidance rather than becoming overly dependent on them for every decision.

• Every reading is different. Some readings are lighter and more straightforward, while others can become very emotional, healing-focused, or deeply personal depending on what spirit wants to address.

• Spirit may sometimes bring up topics you were not expecting to discuss. Even if something feels random in the moment, there is usually a reason it is coming through.

• Technology interruptions, emotional pauses, or moments of silence can occasionally happen during readings. Sometimes I may pause briefly to process messages, channel more clearly, or interpret the energy coming through.

• Please understand that I cannot ethically guarantee specific outcomes, exact timelines, reconciliation, pregnancy, marriage, financial outcomes, or any other future event with absolute certainty. Energy is always moving and shifting.

• My intention during every reading is to deliver messages honestly, clearly, and respectfully while creating a safe and supportive space for you.
