Booking is simple. Please follow all steps. If you are booking a spiritual/energy reading the info is the following. If you are booking an astrology reading the info is below.

Step 1: Choose Your Service
Review the March offerings and decide which reading best suits you.

Step 2: Payment
You can pay with the scheduling option. If you are booking a live reading, only a deposit is required and the rest will be due the day of the reading. If you are booking the prerecorded reading, full payment is required.

Step 3: Schedule Your Spot
After payment, use the scheduling link to select your slot. If you are booking a live reading, this is the date and time we are meeting.

If your reading is prerecorded (not live), scheduling secures your place in my workflow and collects your intake information. Please make sure to schedule. The day you choose isn’t necessarily the day you get the reading. You will receive it that day or within 5 business days of that day via email.

Astrology Readings Booking Instructions:

Step 1: Choose Your Astrology Service

Available this month:

Step 2: Submit Accurate Birth Information

When you book, there will be a form for your birth info. You must provide:

• Full birth date (MM/DD/YYYY)
• Exact birth time (as accurate as possible) I need a birth time for these readings.

Incorrect birth information = inaccurate chart interpretation and I will not redo the reading!

Step 3: Payment + Scheduling

Astrology readings still require:
• Payment first
• Scheduling your spot. These are not done live.

Scheduling allows me to:
• collect your chart details
• confirm your intake form
• organize your reading in my workflow

For astrology readings they are delivered via email within 7-14 business days of the date chosen. Astrology readings take longer.

I offer three formats: Live, Prerecorded, and Astrology.
Each one serves a different purpose depending on how you process information and what level of interaction you want.

During live readings, you receive:

• designated windows to ask follow up questions

• space to clarify details

• the ability to provide extra context

• real time adjustments to the reading

These are best for clients who like to ask questions and want a more detailed and accurate reading.

Live readings are done through Zoom. Because you can respond in the moment, live readings allow me to refine the message as we go. If something new comes up, we can explore it immediately. This format often feels more layered and precise because your feedback helps guide the direction of the session.

Prerecorded readings are delivered via email. They are still accurate and detailed but they are not interactive. The reading reflects the current energetic landscape and the strongest trajectory present at that moment. These are best for clients:

• who prefer to listen privately

• want a clear, focused answer

• who don’t need back and forth

• who want a lower price point option

Astrology Readings are different because they are structured around your birth chart and current planetary cycles if you’re getting a predictions reading.

This is less about “current emotional energy” and more about:
• life themes
• cycles
• timing
• long term strategy

They require birth details and chart analysis, which is why delivery time is longer.

Which Should You Choose?

Choose Live if you want interaction and layered clarity.
Choose Prerecorded if you want a focused energy reading delivered privately.
Choose Astrology if you want strategic insight based on your life path and timing cycles.

By purchasing any reading, service, or digital product (including by placing a deposit), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all clients without exception. Failure to read these Terms does not void them.

1) All Sales Are Final (No Refund Policy)

All purchases are final sale. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of mind, impatience with turnaround time, dissatisfaction with the message received, scheduling issues, or personal emergencies.

You are paying for the time, energetic labor, and preparation required to provide this service…not only the final deliverable.

Please do not book if:

• you are unsure you want a reading

• you need guaranteed immediate delivery

• you cannot comfortably afford the service

Do not use funds needed for necessities (rent, bills, food, etc.).

2) Deposit & Full Payment Policy

If a deposit option is offered:

• A deposit secures your booking slot only.

• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in full before the reading begins.

• Failure to submit remaining payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

• Deposits are valid for 60 days so as long as you schedule or reschedule your reading within that window, you are fine. However, if that timeframe passes another deposit will be required.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you purchase a reading in full upfront, that payment secures your slot immediately and is also non-refundable.

3) Rush Delivery Policy

If a rush option is offered and purchased:

• Rush applies to delivery time only and not to the quality, outcome, or depth of the reading.

• Rush upgrades are non-refundable.

• Rush turnaround begins after full payment and all required information have been received.

If required information is missing or incomplete, rush timing does not begin until everything has been properly submitted.

Rush delivery does not override scheduling policies for live sessions unless explicitly stated.

4) Rescheduling by Me

I reserve the right to reschedule if necessary due to availability, illness, emergencies, or energetic/operational constraints required to provide high-quality work. When possible, I will provide at least 12-24 hours notice, but some situations are last minute and unavoidable. Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund. You will receive an email if your reading is rescheduled with the new date and time based off of the backup you provided. If you can’t make the new time just email me.

5) Rescheduling by You / No-Shows

If you need to reschedule a live session, you must notify me at least 12-24 hours in advance (or by the prior evening for early morning sessions).

• One courtesy reschedule is allowed per booking.

• Additional reschedules require payment in full before a new date is offered.

• No-shows or failure to communicate within 3 business days after the scheduled appointment date may result in forfeiture of the session and/or a charge of up to 75% of the service cost (as applicable), due to time reserved and lost availability.

6) Delivery-Based (Non-Live) Readings: Timing + Turnaround

If your reading is delivered via email (not live), you acknowledge that turnaround times may vary.

I do not rush spiritual work. Delivery timing can be affected by workload volume, energy requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. If you require strict, time-sensitive delivery, you should purchase a rush option (if available) or book with a provider whose model guarantees instant turnaround.

7) Communication + Response Times

Due to high order volume, please avoid repeated messages asking when your reading will be delivered.

• If you have not received a response within 7 business days, you may follow up once.

• I do not provide booking support via comments, social media replies, or DMs (Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.). Email is the only official support channel.

8) Right to Refuse Service / Client Conduct

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including disrespectful communication, harassment, abusive language, boundary violations, or behavior that makes it unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

If service is refused after purchase due to client conduct, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion, less non-refundable processing fees and time already spent. In such cases, the refund amount may be up to 75% of the amount paid.

If you are not comfortable with this policy, do not book.

9) Audio Files + Responsibility to Download

If your reading is delivered by audio recording, you are responsible for downloading and saving it. Audio links/files may be removed from storage within 24 hours of delivery. Re-sends are not guaranteed.
